Sheraton Anchorage Hotel Policies:
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification). All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room. Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $50 per day. Connecting rooms are available. The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available. There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee. Two dogs up to 80 pounds are allowed per room. Guests must sign a waiver regarding the pet regulations at check-in. Pets must be accompanied by owner at all times on a leash or in a crate. Pets can not be left unattended in the guest room. The hotel is fully equipped with smoke detectors and emergency evacuation plans in all rooms and public areas.
